All SmartShip orders are shipped within 3 business days of your purchase. So, if you set up a SmartShip subscription for every 30 days, your products will arrive promptly on schedule.

To update your processing date, go to your Account Dashboard and select Order → SmartShip. Then click the Processing Date Selection link. Please note: if you choose today’s date or a past date, your first order will process the following month.

To update your payment method, go to your Account Dashboard and select Order → SmartShip, then click the Payment Method link. Please note: we accept Mastercard and Visa only. Your SmartShip payment will be attempted automatically for three consecutive days. If the final attempt fails, the subscription will be canceled.

PrimeMyBody now offers shipping insurance. With insurance, your order is protected in case it’s lost during transit. To add or decline coverage, simply select the option that works best for you when completing your SmartShip.

When your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address linked to your account. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folders.
